Il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de trouver un v\u00eatement respirant qui vous suit dans vos mouvements avec une taille haute pour vous prot\u00e9ger et vous couvrir.<br \/><strong>Haut :<\/strong>\u00a0choisissez un haut confortable, respirant, qui \u00e9vite les irritations pendant vos mouvements et qui ne glisse pas pendant votre salutation au soleil.<br \/><strong>De quoi se couvrir lors de la relaxation finale :<\/strong>\u00a0un gilet, un ch\u00e2le ou une serviette fine, car la temp\u00e9rature du corps baisse consid\u00e9rablement lorsque l&#8217;on se couche et il est plus agr\u00e9able de conserver la chaleur sur soi.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:heading --><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a0<\/h2>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2299eb5b elementor-invisible elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2299eb5b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_animation&quot;:&quot;fadeInUp&quot;}\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ashtanga<\/h2>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Les cours commencent avec le mantra d&#8217;ouverture et se terminent par le mantra de cl\u00f4ture. Suivent 5\u00a0salutations au soleil\u00a0A, puis 3 salutations au soleil B, avant de r\u00e9aliser les postures de la 1\u00e8re s\u00e9rie, ce qui prend environ\u00a01h30.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Quelques concepts \u00e0 retenir :<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>La respiration Ujjayi <\/strong>On inspire par le nez et on expire par le nez\u00a0tout en contractant la gorge en \u00e9mettant un son semblable au roulis d\u2019une vague. Cette technique permet d&#8217;avoir une respiration plus lente et apporte de la chaleur dans le corps.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Les drishtis<\/strong> sont les\u00a0points de regard. En ashtanga, chaque posture poss\u00e8de son drishti. On fixe son regard dans une\u00a0direction pr\u00e9cise\u00a0afin d\u2019obtenir le bon alignement du corps pendant la r\u00e9alisation des postures, mais surtout de favoriser une\u00a0meilleure concentration.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Les bandhas <\/strong>sont des &#8220;verrous&#8221; \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques. Concr\u00e8tement, il s\u2019agit de contracter<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>certaines parties du corps afin de se prot\u00e9ger et d\u2019\u00e9viter les risques de blessure. Il existe autant de versions, de s\u00e9quences et de d\u00e9finitions qu\u2019il y a d\u2019enseignants.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph {\"align\":\"left\"} --><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Le yoga Vinyasa permet de cr\u00e9er du mouvement, d&#8217;activer tout le corps de fa\u00e7on plus intense que les autres pratiques de yoga, comme le Hatha ou le Yin yoga. Alors que le Hatha yoga est calme et travaille \u00e0 recentrer votre esprit, le Vinyasa est plus physique et travaille votre force ainsi que vos capacit\u00e9s mentales. La respiration est synchronis\u00e9e avec les postures physiques.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph {\"align\":\"left\"} --><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Cette pratique plut\u00f4t intense a des effets b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques sur le cardio, la circulation sanguine, le gainage, le renforcement musculaire, l&#8217;assouplissement du corps.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph {\"align\":\"left\"} --><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>Mon style de Vinyasa<\/strong> J&#8217;aime commencer mes s\u00e9quences en douceur avec des postures relaxantes et des \u00e9tirements lents, parfois avec des exercices de respiration (Pranayama) puis j&#8217;encha\u00eene avec quelques salutations au soleil et des postures plus toniques, l&#8217;encha\u00eenement devient plus dynamique. Pour finir, je termine avec des inversions et enfin Shavasana, la relaxation finale.
